The Merchandise Program from the Foundation of Nameless Pioneers Group (aka NPG) is a partnership opportunity for Creators to expand the reach of their projects while also being a great way for Creators to attain a source of ongoing royalty income.

Our Foundation, partnered with Lyonborne Merch Warehouse, provides a plethora of merch ranging from apparel such as custom tees, sweaters, hoodies, & hates, to accessories like custom phone cases, laptop sleeves, bags, pin buttons, and even desk mats. Additional options may become available depending upon growth of production capabilities, and growing demand for specific types of products.
What Our Organization Will Provide
Our Foundation, partnered with Lyonborne Merch Warehouse (aka LMW), will assume all initial costs of developing and launching any official merchandise based on the creative works of our Partnered Creators. This may include expenses related to product design, sourcing, production, inventory, quality control, storefront integration, and other launch requirements.
What the Creator Receives
Through our program, Creators attain professionally produced merchandise based on their creative project, without the need to worry about the financial, production, & fulfillment barriers that are associated with the manufacturing and fulfillment processes. What this means is that we cover all initial production expenses that are associated with the launching of your merch for you, as well as handling its production & fulfillment to customers.
Additionally, Creators receive 20% of the net profit from every qualifying sale of their merchandise, allowing them to generate ongoing revenue while also retaining the needed time to focus on developing their projects. This will come in the form of a transfer in the first of every month, barring your first month in the program.
Most importantly, the Creators we partner with and sponsor, will naturally retain full ownership of their creative project and its intellectual property.
Instead, this Merchandise Partnership will grant Nameless Pioneers Group and Lyonborne Merch Warehouse non-exclusive ceaseless permission to utilize the intellectual property of the creative project for commercial purposes to Reproduce, Adapt, & Display said work within promotional postings, to spread awareness about both your creative project and Nameless Pioneers Group & Lyonborne Merch Warehouse, and to increase product variety, as well as Produce & Distribute approved merchandise featuring said creative project under the terms outlined in the partnership agreement.
Responsibilities of the Creator
As a part of our partnership with Creators, we require several intermittent responsibilties for said Creators to uphold and/or perform.
Comply and Uphold the Agreement
First and foremost, before a Merch Partnership can be established, all accepted Creators must review, agree to, and comply with the terms outlined in the Merch Partnership Agreement.
This agreement establishes the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of both the Creator and Nameless Pioneers Group, partnered with Lyonborne Merch Warehouse, to ensure that the partnership operates in a professional manner, with transparency, and in the best interests of all parties involved.
Provide Refernce Materials
Creators will need to agree to provide any available and applicable reference materials requested by Nameless Pioneers Group or Lyonborne Merch Warehouse throughout the development process of their merch. With clear, accurate, and up-to-date material, merch can better maintain the quality & authenticity we strive to deliver, as well as maintain consistency with Creator’s vision of their project.
In good faith, all reference materials requested by Nameless Pioneers Group or Lyonborne Merch Warehouse will be used solely for all purposes directly relating to the Merch Partnership, including merch design, production, quality assurance, marketing, and any other activities that are reasonably necessary to uphold the Partnership Agreement. None of the materials recieved from Creators will be used for any unrelated commercial purposes or disclosed unnecessarily, except whenever required to carry out the agreement of the partnership.
Review Merch Concepts and Products
In order to ensure that every product we produce accurately depicts the Creator’s project, partnered Creators are expected to participate in the review and approval process of their merch throughout its development up to the release of the completed product.
Such reviewing processes refer to all prospective merchandise concepts, including product designs, artwork, branding elements, product descriptions, and other creative materials, to verify that the products all accurately reflect the characters, settings, and themes of their project. In situations were inaccuracies are discovered, feedback about them should be provided to Nameless Pioneers Group in a timely manner, to allow us to perform the necessary revisions before full production begins.
In addition, Creators are expected to periodically review merch that is already active, to ensure that products continue to remain consistent with their respective creative projects and continue to meet the standards of quality expected by both the Creator and our foundation.
This extensive and collaborative review process allows Nameless Pioneers Group as well as Lyonborne Merch Warehouse to produce merch that is both faithful to the Creator’s vision of their project, and crafted to the highest possible quality. We won’t to minimize any and all possible inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and prevent all unnecessary production issues before products have a chance to reach the public.
Promotion & Awareness
Our Merch Program is designed to establish a collaborative relationship between us at Nameless Pioneers Group and our sponsored Creators. While we provide the resources that are necessary to develop, manufacture, and distribute the official merch, our partnered Creators are expected to actively support the success of their individual merch whenever reasonably possible for them to do so.
Partnered Creators are expected to promote their official merch through one or more of the appropriate platform outletsc, such as through their social media, or through outlets like a website if one is possessed, or even through conventions, livestreams, or other community platforms they have access to, whenever the opportunity arises.
Additionally, in accordance with NPG’s mission to support the broader community of developing Creators, partnered Creators agree to publicly share their experience of their partnership with Nameless Pioneers Group at least once during the period of said partnership. This can be from discussing the specific support they received, their experiences with the merchandise development process, and/or the overall impact our partnership has had on their project and growth as a Creator. Such testimonials are pivotal to the growth of, and help spread the awareness of our Foundation’s programs, all in effort to encourage other growing Creators, who may be in need of the opportunities we offer, to reach out and apply as well.
Qualification Requirments
To ensure that Nameless Pioneers Group resources are being invested into worthwhile projects with great potential for long-term success, applicants must satisfy the following requirements before they being considered for a Merch Partnership. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance, but instead puts forth the minimum standards necessary for NPG to progress your application for further review.
- Ownership of Creative Project – The first and most important requirement, is that applicants must hold legal ownership over the creative project that will appear on the merch.
- We have we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for the usage of Ai, and will not, in any form or fashion, support those who utilize Ai for such purposes to do the actual work for them in their Creative Works. Creative Works MUST be done by one’s own merit or the merit of a growing or Professional Creator under commission or favor.
- Eligible Creative Project – Applicants must have an eligible project. Eligible projects include, but are not limited to, novels, web novels, comics, manga, webcomics, animations, video games, card games, tabletop games, personally crafted artwork, or other original creative projects.
- Demonstrated Commitment – Applicants must display a sustained dedication to the development of their creative projects. This can include having completed chapters of your story, having published content, completed artwork, successful campaigns, or any other viable evidence that displays consistent progress over time.
- Suitable Merch – Any content intended to be submitted, must be suitable for official merch production. This means things like Characters, logos, general artwork, and other visual or thematic elements should be appropriate for adaptation into merch products.
- Active Community – Applicants must have an active and engaged community. This is more so case by case, and has no specific parameters, but good examples are things like high follower counts, successful crowdfunding campaigns, and/or high viewership, etc.
- PayPal Account & 18+ y/o – Applicants must have a PayPal account to be accepted, as that is the method upon which we transfer your monthly royalties. This also means that applicants must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent).
